Membership Information

Check your email in our Creative Lounge. Flesh out an idea in the Rant Room. Write a proposal in the Silent Space. Reserve a private office, conference room or rent our 100-seat Seminar Room for your next presentation or seminar.

[ccm] was created as an alternative to a home office, coffee shop or downtown club to connect and work – solo or as a group. It is a place where executives, entrepreneurs, service and marketing professionals can connect, co-create and contribute ideas, services and products that will help their company and other companies grow.

[ccm] is a place where you’ll be surrounded with support, where you can be yourself, where you can go to brainstorm with others and take full advantage of the power of collaboration.

Membership Information

Seminar Room

Seminar & Event Room
This well-appointed presentation room will seat up to 100 people. We also have tables you can use.  When you rent the room, you get:

  • Audio visual equipment
  • Sound system
  • Video and phone conferencing
  • WiFi
  • Ice maker, refrigerator, water

You can set up the [ccm] Seminar Room for lunch, breaks or cocktails.  It’s up to you to set up, hire the caterer, decide whether you want lunch or not. We’ll facilitate your stay and assist you as you request.

Seminar room rental rates:
Half day: $250     Full day: $400    Evenings: $200

Conference or Small Meeting Room, Master Office Suite

The conference/small meeting room is in our private suite. It can become a conference room or a classroom, perfect for training up to 20 people. When you rent the room or the master office suite, you get:

  • Access to a host or hostess for coffee, drink and snack service.
  • Video and phone conferencing
  • WiFi
  • Large HDTV screen

You will be responsible for set-up, and for catering if you plan to serve food. We’ll facilitate your stay and assist as you request.

Meeting Room
The private meeting room seats up to 30. It’s perfect for larger meetings, training, conferences, seminars and workshops.
Meeting Room rental rates:
Half day: $175    Full day: $300    Evenings: $150

Master Office Suite
The Master Office has a fully outfitted desk, computer, conference seating for eight and private bath.
Master Office Suite rental rates:
Half day: $100    Full day: $150     By the hour: $55

Private Offices (2)
Your office away from home. Perfect for private meetings or to get away. Bring your laptop and phone.
Private Office rental rates:
Half day: $75    Full day: $125    By the hour: $40

Conference Rooms (2)
Six or eight seats, both conference rooms are comfortably appointed.
Conference Room rental rates:
Half day: $125    Full day: $200    By the hour: $75

Creative Spaces (2)
Choose from a table for eight or a drawing room that seats up to 12. Perfect for a day of brainstorming.
Creative Space rental rates:
Half day: $100    Full day: $150

Custom Marketing and Public Relations Plan
Rebecca Antonelli will write a marketing plan for your company. Includes:

  • 2 hour strategic session

Press Release Creation, Writing and Distribution

Getting publicity (a super powerful promotional tool) for your business takes a creative idea and combines it with our decades of experience and contacts.
Three press releases (minimum) = $500

Hourly Marketing Consulting

Rebecca is available for consultations by the hour on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 2pm in her office suite. Appointments must be made in advance. $150/hour

Special Projects, Events, Launches

Rebecca and her team are available to create and execute all types of marketing and public relations campaigns. From developing a creative and innovative company name to building a complete launch for your newest service offering, if you’re looking for BIG ideas – you’re in the right place. Cost: 40 hour minimum = $3600.
